Disneyland Christmas
One of the best places to spend Winter and the Christmas holiday is in a world of magic and imagination: Disneyland. Whether in Florida, California, or Paris, Disney has everything you need for an unforgettable family holiday.
Each park is packed with delicious food, fun activities, rides, and unmissable experiences, not to mention that the kids will spend plenty of time trying to meet their favourite Disney characters. You can also elevate the luxury by booking a private jet charter to transport you in style.
Luxury City Break

Eurostar Holiday
The Eurostar is easily one of the best and most unique ways to start a European holiday in Winter. It travels from city centre to city centre, making stops in the UK, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
Not only is the Eurostar a brilliant way to see Europe and travel through cities, but you can sleep on it, too. What can be more exciting and novel than spending time in a train hotel? Especially one as famous as the Eurostar.
Lapland for Christmas
If you want to experience something as close to a fairytale Christmas as possible, then you need to travel to Lapland. Found in the northern reaches of Finland, you and your kids will fall in love at first sight.
You can enjoy sledging, skiing, reindeer-drawn sledges, and, of course, visit jolly Saint Nick himself. You can also stay in one of the famous glass-domed hotel rooms, which give you uninterrupted views of the incredible and breathtaking night sky.

The Northern Lights
Another thing you can see when visiting Lapland are the majestic Northern Lights. While there is no guarantee that they will be visible, Lapland is one of the best places to visit if you want the best chance to experience this remarkable phenomenon. Plus, the dome hotel rooms mentioned before allow you to lie in bed and watch them until you fall asleep.
Mauritius
Winter doesn’t always mean snow, and there are several spectacular destinations you can visit if you want a winter filled with sun and sea. Mauritius, off the coast of Africa, is a tropical dream getaway destination that is perfect for both adults and kids. It has many beaches to choose from, crystal clear water, various beach and sea activities, and a wide array of delicious foods inspired by the cuisines of France, India, Chinese, Africa, and Europe.
South Africa
Another popular winter destination for US and European tourists is South Africa. With warm temperatures throughout December and January and so many things to do and see, there is something for everyone.
Cape Town is the city to be over Christmas, and families can enjoy the beach, shop and eat at the V&A Waterfront, take a cable car trip up Table Mountain, and immerse themselves in the many cultures that call South Africa home.
The Lake District
On the surface, the Lake District may not sound like the most exciting place to spend a holiday, but that is partially the point. The area becomes quiet when the cold sets in, and this means you can take advantage of the more affordable luxury hotel rates, as well as not having to deal with huge crowds like you would in the warmer months.
The kids will also love a trip to nearby Dorset and the Jurassic Coast. You can go hunting for fossils on the beach, and if you don’t find any, several stores sell collected ones; getting your hands on a legitimate fossil that is millions of years old is a rush all on its own.
